Terms of Service

A quote is based on the model, condition, available accessories, destination, and current stock. It is not an order until printdek confirms it in writing. We may decline or cancel an order when an item is unavailable, a product description contains an error, or the requested configuration cannot be checked and prepared. We will contact you about a material change before proceeding.

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and may change when stock, shipping requirements, or supplier costs change. The final amount, including applicable taxes and shipping, appears in the written order confirmation. Payment must be authorised before an item is prepared for dispatch. You are responsible for reviewing the confirmation and reporting an error promptly.

Refurbished printers include a 90-day parts and labor warranty, beginning on the delivery date. Printer parts include a 30-day replacement warranty. Contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct instructions. Warranty coverage requires reasonable installation and use. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, liquid, electrical faults, third-party modifications, incompatible supplies, or unauthorised repairs is excluded. Return shipping responsibility depends on the confirmed reason for return and the written return instructions.

The text, layout, logos, product descriptions, photographs, and other material on this site belong to printdek or its licensors. You may view the site for personal or internal purchasing decisions. You may not copy, republish, alter, sell, or use site content to misrepresent a relationship with our business.

printdek is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from site access, delayed availability, shipping interruptions, or product use, to the extent allowed by California law. Our responsibility for a covered product claim is limited to the remedy stated in the applicable warranty or the amount paid for that product, subject to legal rights that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a concern cannot be resolved through customer support, both parties agree to discuss the issue in good faith before starting formal proceedings. Any permitted court action will be brought in an appropriate California court.
